Our Story

Pina Fiesta began in 2010, born from the vision of our founder, Miquel. As a successful restaurateur with a deep love for food, Miquel longed to create a place that would transport him back to his childhood in Mexico—a place filled with the aromas, flavors, and warmth of home.

Growing up in Mexico, Miquel was surrounded by the rich traditions of authentic Mexican cuisine. He spent countless hours in bustling markets, savoring the bold spices, fresh ingredients, and handcrafted dishes that defined his culture. When he set out to open Pina Fiesta, his goal was simple: to bring those same authentic flavors and experiences to every guest who walked through the doors.
